• Quotes are valid for a specified period, typically 7 days
• Final price may vary based on ECU type and remapping requirements

4. ECU Ownership

You warrant that:

• You are the legal owner of the vehicle and ECU or have authority to have it remapped
• The ECU is not stolen or subject to any criminal investigation
• You understand that ECU remapping may affect your vehicle warranty
• You will inform your insurance company about the remapping

5. Payment

• Payment is required before we begin remapping your ECU
• Payment will be made via the method specified during checkout
• We are not responsible for any delays in bank processing times

6. Posting Your ECU

• You are responsible for safely packaging and posting your ECU to us
• We recommend using tracked and insured postage
• We are not responsible for ECUs lost or damaged in transit to us
• Once we receive your ECU, we will confirm receipt and begin processing

7. ECU Condition

Upon receipt, we will inspect your ECU. If the ECU is damaged or incompatible, we reserve the right to:

• Return the ECU unrepaired at your expense
• Request additional payment for complex repairs
• Refund your payment if remapping is not possible

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the remapping service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or remapped ECU.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your service request before we begin remapping for a full refund. Once remapping has begun, cancellation may incur charges. If your ECU has been remapped, the service is final.
